"The carriage house was so comfortable! Not only did it have everything you could need, there were lots of extra touches like local wine and coffee pods. And real plants! The yard is amazing. Filled with vines and peach trees, it’s the perfect little spot to sit outside. Very dog friendly as well. The location is perfect for golf or wineries and the hosts were very quick to answer any questions. We will be recommending it to friends and are already talking of a return!"

"We stayed for 5 nights, as we were in tow for a music festival. This place was wonderful! Very clean, and cozy! It felt very homey. I loved the porch swing in the mornings with my coffee, it was juts peaceful! We loved visiting the animals so much. The host alwas extremely friendly and helpful. If you are in Grand Junction and need a place to stay, this place is wonderful!! If we come back next year, we would love to stay again!!"

"The house was outdated but very clean and more than adequate. Our only complaint was the air conditioning unit was not functional. It was rather warm our weekend and early season, but we would expect the owner to stay on top of things like that. We would definitely stay here again with a guarantee that the AC is functional."

"We booked this property for a family gathering. It was perfect for our large group. My only complaint is that in the description regarding amenities a BBQ grill is listed. However the only BBQ grill at the property was an indoor style ninja grill. This was disappointing as we had planned for outdoor cookouts. We ended purchasing a small grill while there. The property manager was notified and she was going to change the description so future guests aren’t expecting a traditional grill. Other...

"I can’t say enough good things about Desert’s Edge. The property is lovely. The home is cozy, beautiful, and cool (it was HOT outside!). Karen is an outstanding host. The place had tons of local art that is available for purchase, which was awesome. Plus she provides tons of information about the community, trails, local stores (Lithic Bookstore was amazing!). I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The fact they let people use other nearby Hotels' pools/jacuzzi was what made this stay A M A Z I N G. The breakfast in the morning was really good too - eggs/bacon/yogurt/orange juice/milk/etc. Everything about this place was great. If I had any complaint, it'd be that the bathroom tub needs to be cleaned a bit more and cauked some to hide some stuff (I wouldn't have taken a sit down bath there) but otherwise bathroom was very clean."
