“Clean room Friendly staff and very responsive when we needed anything ”

“Cumberland Ramada has met my hotel needs well. Over the last two winters I have commuted to Cumberland for weekday work. Last winter I stayed in multiple area hotels, but this winter settled on repeated stays at Ramada Downtown almost exclusively. The place is not fancy. But the rooms are clean, of ample size, with comfortable beds. Meanwhile, the price fits my reimbursement budget. I always request a town side room to get less train noise. Cumberland downtown shops and restaurants are……

“When we checked in we were originally sent to a room that wasnt cleaned yet. Sheets removed, pillows on the floor etc. Staff was friendly and moved us without question. Second room was set up but overall not super clean. The room we were given had a strong smell of marijuana which I didnt appreciate, especially with kids. We were in a time crunch so we had to leave the window cracked and head out. Smell was gone when we got back. Beds are suppsed to be queen beds but were smaller than a standard……
