"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleasant stay at Hyatt Place San Jose Downtown! The hotel is great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially Nick at the front desk. He handled my check-in flawlessly while also bartending — very professional and friendly. Outstanding service! This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever business or pleasure brings me back to downtown San Jose."

"The apartment was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and felt so much warmer and more welcoming than wrapping up a long day in a sterile, cold hotel room. It truly had that cozy, home-like vibe that made relaxing after work a pleasure.The only real drawback was the parking situation, which required some hunting around on the street—but it wasn't as big of an issue as I thought it was gonna be.Aside from that, the unit was fantastic overall, and its location put me right near several charming little neighborhood nooks—think cute local spots, shops, and eateries that gave the area a lovely, inviting feel.I'd happily stay here again!"
