"we were warmly greeted by the hotel team on check-in. Delievry of requested items to our room was efficient and friendly. It appears to be a very new hotel and is in excellent condition. Located 2 minute walk from Mito Station with no level changes required with our heavy bags which was a bonus. Breakfast was great but an espresso machine would’ve been nice for breakfast but coffee ahop 1 minute walk at station was excellent."

"Very clean room, close to restaurants and shops within a 5-min walk since it is next to the Mito Train Station. One of the best staff I’ve dealt with. The only thing I can say negatively is the breakfast it is not a traditional American breakfast and more of a Japanese style. Overall great place to stay if you are in Ibaraki Mito."

"The room was clean, check in and out was fast and the staff were so helpful. We would book this hotel again. The room was smaller than we thought but just fine for us because we were out at the Motogp race all the days we were there. The only downside was no breakfast but they had a coffee and tea machine in the lobby."

"The hotel was maintained well. The meals were also satisfying. The public bath was rather compact but sufficient. The few cons were that the bed matrees was pretty firm and the attractions around the hotel weren't so vibrant. However, if you are there to fully relax with no running around for sightseeing, it should be fine with good meals and hot spring. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 nights there."
