“This Location was exactly what my family was looking for in a Thanksgiving vacation! Its an easy drive to Rock City but far enough out of the city to feel safe letting the kids run around in the spacious backyard. There's a walmart market just a few minutes from the house for groceries and the home had everything needed to cook a large family meal. The table fit all 10 of us adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the hot tub and games. My neices put together a few of the house puzzels and my nephews……

“The house is wonderfully comfortable and was perfectly located for what we needed. The house had an iron and ironing board (which for me was great). There was also a coffee maker AND coffee with filters. It was a small surprise that made my day. Beds were great and air flow was good as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this home for a comfortable stay!”

“The cottage was on a beautiful property with widows to watch the sunrise from a comfortable sofa or chairs with our coffee . The views are relaxing and worthy of your expenses. River in back had ducks waddling from your windows, or a bench but it was chilly. So cozy and the pictures are true but the experience is much more. “Location was wonderful. The cleanliness was not what I was expecting. There is also mold in the camper bathroom. The hot tub needs an upgrade. The temperature just kept dropping over the days. A lot of wasps nest outside and in the outdoor bathroom. We went to use the grill and there was still food on it from the previous guests. The camper needs a really good deep clean. I would book again if a few things were addressed. ”
