Everything was good, the host is responsive and understandable. Nearby eateries where u can find local food and there is a McDonald just walking distance. Behind the building, there is a church too. The only down point is regarding the lift. We have to wait for quite sometime just to reach our flow. And out of 3 lifts 2 only functionable. Anyway. This is nothing to the host, it is the condo management team have to attend the issue.

Top Place to Stay in HCM

Had a great stay here at Rivergate Residence. The location is very close to District 1 and there are plenty of places to eat close by. Very convenient having the pharmacy, 7-11 and other convenience store in the building. The pool was excellent and exactly what we needed after long days out and about in the city. The stafff were very helpful too. The room was nice and quiet and have everything that we needed. Very nice having a properly drop off and pick up area in front of the building.

We booked for the 2 bedroom option but the first night we were told our room had some issues with water so we were given 3 bedroom which was ok but added a sence of hassle due to the room channe and did not like having my stuff moved with out my supervison. When we arrived at the 2 bedroom. Room bit outdated with some power points taped over and towels were super worn out. Its pretty ol place to stay. The location good short 5 to 10 min grab ride everwhere

Our stay in vietnam was extended due to the Middle Eastern war so we stayed in HCMC for an extra 2 days. This apartment fitted our needs as there were 7 of us. The price was good. However the sofa is not a pull out bed so I would say this apartment is for 6 people. The pool area was disappointing. The communication with the host was brilliant! We originally booked for 3 nights but reduced this to 2 nights which the host allowed and did not charge us for the 3 nights. Overall this property was good for what we needed it for.
