“This is an apartment stay rather than a serviced apartment. The amenities are for owners only so we couldn’t use the gym or pool facilities. Talk about misleading listing and photos. “The room was magnificent and the staff truly outstanding — attentive, warm, and always willing to help. There are just a couple of small adjustments that would make the stay even better. The toilet area could use more privacy, as it’s entirely glass and doesn’t offer much discretion. A simple solution like frosting or a curtain would greatly improve comfort.
