“公寓式酒店真的空間很大很舒服，這次入住八天有洗衣機真的幫很大的忙，服務很熱誠又心細，早餐雖種類不甚多，但味道好又好吃，真如網上所講的，真實度很高，下次有機會仍會選擇入住”

“這是一間非常漂亮的飯店，大廳、一樓的咖啡廳 ，我們就拍了很多照片。 我們住的是Bougainvillaea Signature房型，有一個可愛的小陽台。我們訂的房型還有送下午茶、餐飲20%與spa的20%抵用券，還送二杯啤酒，可以在頂樓的酒吧兌換。 這裡的服務也非常好，大廳的服務人員主動幫你開門外，1／3中午的服務人員還跟你擊拳，祝你有個美好的週五。下午回到飯店，有位女服務人員也主動帶你上去使用下午茶，還詢問要不要幫你把行李送上樓 ，服務非常好。 很棒的住宿體驗，下次還想住這間！”

“Fortunate to find this hotel. A smaller boutique hotel with 20+ rooms, great location, rooms are nicely designed, well maintained. Though breakfast offers a smaller selection, all ingredients are of good quality and are enough. Best of all is the outstanding frontdesk staff Tu Anh who attends meticulously to all customer needs to make guests feel very warm at home, an ambience I won't get at large hotels even 5-star ones. Bach Suites will be my default choice the next time i visit HCM.”

“Very convenient location. Most sight-seeing spots are within walking distance. Very helpful staff. On the downside, some improvements are needed. 1. Bath design has defects. There is a ditch on the 3 sides of the bath. When taking a shower, the water will flow along the ditches and flow onto the floor, making the floor of the bathroom very wet. 2. There are no hanger next to the washing basin as well as in the bathroom. So cannot bring your clothes into the bathroom. And no where to hang the……
