I stayed in a quiet and comfortable superior room at the rear of the hotel, with a sofa bed, desk & chair, a kettle for tea/coffee, efficient air-conditioning, and a safe that could hold up to a 17-inch laptop. There was a shower over the bath, and a glass wall between the bed and the bath - with a pull-down blind on the bathroom side, in case you don't want your roommate to watch you in the bath/shower. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and the Wi-Fi was very slow at times, but everything else about the room was good. Western food options at breakfast were a bit limited. Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is just outside of District 1, but still within easy walking distance of the major sights.
