The property grounds and parking lot is dirty, with uneven surfaces in disrepair and plants overgrown. The flooring throughout the building is an old, worn and dirty blue carpet. We were assigned room #1, which was straight out of a horror movie - dirty, bed poorly made and mattress too big for the bed frame, dirty bathroom and bed pressed against a decommissioned fireplace with soot and mold. The bed sheets were wrinkled had long hairs scattered like they had not been changed. The walls were dirty and had wallpaper with giant air/moisture bubbles. We checked in around 8:30 pm via a phone call with Dennis who gave us instructions to get into the building. Upon discovery of the horror scene, I rated my check in so poorly that he texted me saying that he would be there in 15 minutes. It was too late to try and figure out a plan B, so at least I wanted clean sheets to sleep on. I wiped the bathroom with a spray cleaner that was there. When he arrived, he asked if I was unhappy with the room and offered another room which was marginally better so we took it given that it was after 9pm. The bed seemed cleaned but bathroom had a few different types of hair on the shower floor so once again I cleaned bathrooms for the second time. Needless to say, our sleep was not very sound given the loud traffic noise and poor heating conditions for the room. We were so disgusted with the place that refused to take breakfast and left as early as we could. This place is awful.
