Very romantic and luxurious

My husband and I have just got back from a 2 night stay in this Chalet. Let me tell you, it was incredible! Free netflix came into good use as the weather was not on our side but what a perfect place to be tucked up with the one you love. I could not stop looking at the beautiful snow covered Mt Wellington in this private piece of heaven. No expense was spared with Sheridan linen and perfect interior design. We will be back for sure!

Really amazing little property

Great little property, perfect location being out of the city but not too far from Hobart. Would definitely recommend but the blinds aren’t block out so it’s not a sleep in friendly property, however that’s great for us because it meant we got up early and made the most of our time here. Thanks Mark and Elizabeth for letting us stay here.

Home away from home

I strongly urge everybody to stay here! With the most hospitable and welcoming hosts which allow you to feel completely at home, such incredible views and incredibly fresh air; I don't have one bad thing to say about this little gem. This place will make you want to drop everything and run away; the kitchen has all the essentials, making staying in and relaxing almost TOO tempting.. there is also a (hidden) smart TV for lazy netflix marathons. However, the more adventurous travellers are covered too, as the amazing hosts have provided two mountain bikes to make moving around a breeze. Overall, a homey and lovely place to stay 5 stars does not do it any justice.

Amazing Property In A Beautiful Location

Couldn't speak highly enough of Marks chalet. Beautiful place in a stunning location neatled in the woods (15 minute drive from the CBD). We were made to feel welcome and entire check in/check out process was seamless Will be reccomending your hone to our friends :) All the best!

Don't stay in hobart, stay here!

My wife and I stayed here for a week whilst visiting Hobart and surrounds and could not have found a better place to stay!! The views are excellent, wildlife comes to the front door in the form of Pademelon wallabies, many native birds (and the occasional chicken), and with double glazing on every glass panel, the interior never dropped below 15 degrees, despite snow and ice one night. Mark and Elisabeth were incredibly hospitable and friendly, could not recommend more highly

Sensational!

This is quite an extraordinary little gem - beautifully designed with sensational views across the mountains. Quietly luxurious. We loved it and our hosts were considerate & generous. Highly, highly recommended.
