You can take time to visit Rye House Kart Raceway during your travels to Hoddesdon.
There isn't much to see after you had a walk at the woodlands and down the river. Overall, it's a nice city escape but only for a couple of days. Longer than that will get you bored as there isn't much activities or more sights to see.
