"The house was perfect location for our visit to University of Utah. Everything we needed was walkable, loved the location! There is a beautiful park within walking distance, grocery store, coffee, gym within walking distance. Short drive to everything."

"Extremely helpful staff and efficient check in. The rooms are basic but clean and have everything I need. So many fabulous restaurants are nearby!! (Mint Tapas & Sushi, Blaclsmith Ice Cream are incredible.) There’s parking but it’s often blocked by the lines of cars waiting for Chick-fil-A – that can be a real nuisance at peak eating times. "

"Very nice property. I loved how they really thought of everything someone would need during their stay. Clean and comfortable. It is a basement apartment so if you are tall, (over 6 feet, few inches tall) it could be an inconvenience walking through some areas. Otherwise, would highly recommend! "
