"Nous avons bien été accueilli mais déçu du logement. Beaucoup de détails non indiqués dans l'annonce/mal expliqués : logements dans des étages et escaliers, jeux payants dans la grande salle, pas de serviette disponible alors que les photos en montrent. "We had two nights at this lovely hotel in the heart of Colmar old town. We couldn’t park in the hotel car park so we parked a short walk away in a secure public car park recommended by the hotel. The hotel was very convenient for the beautiful medieval quarter of Colmar with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Our room was modern, clean and nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was great. The staff was very friendly at checkin and the included breakfast was a nice perk. The reason behind the 4 star versus the 5 star was the air conditioner. The first night the room hovered around 74F with the lowest temp setting possible. The second night something went wrong with their overall system. It never got lower than 79F and continued to climb overnight to 84F+. We ended up having to open the balcony to get some semblance of cool air in. The humidity was very high that night and unfortunatedly the daytime temps were close to 100F feel. The room felt very warm and hard to sleep in. Management acknowledged that the cooling system was having issues but nothing was done during our stay."
