We had a good one night stay. Easy check in/out. Our room was spacious and clean. The train is quite close but with the AC fan on overnight it didn't bother either of us. My only suggestion would be to have two pillows per person and an extra blanket for cooler evenings.

Shabby property that has not been kept up. In a bad location near train tracks and trains blew whistle every hour all night long. On Main Street so walked to a decent steak house for dinner. Would not recommend.

If you are looking for an authentic Rte 66 motel to stay at, this one fits the bill! If you want fancy, move on to somewhere else. Our bed was great. Towels appeared new, and everything was clean. There is a train track behind the property, and trains run continuously blowing their whistle each time through. Try to imagine you’re a hobo riding the rails and let those sounds lull you to sleep. The overall appearance is “tired” and they were electrical issues of which we were warned when checking in. Overall it was a safe, clean place to lay our heads!

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable and the staff was great but the outside is very run down and Holbrook was not quite what we imagined it would be. The Natl Park was our main reason for making it a stop in our route and it did not disappoint.

This Route 66 motel. Is exactly what you'd expect from this iconic type of room. Very spacious including a kitchen. Parking directly in front of the room is very convenient. Its close to attractions, The Painted Desert and the Petrified forest. A great dog park is close by.

The room was very clean! The lady at the check in was very kind and helpful, I really appreciated that a lot! Decor of the room was nothing special, grey and drab, but the bed stand lights with USB were great and much appreciated! The trains didn’t bother us, but the ac in the room was poor, it couldn’t keep a temperature so kept shutting on and off and that made the room warm/cold and the coming on every time was very noisy. The bed was very warm and a bit damp due to the anti-moisture sheet underneath the fitted sheet. It didn’t breath and made a cringy sound every time you moved, it was very uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep very well. The shower was great and the large coffeepot in the room certainly a bonus!

From the outside looking in, the motel seems run down. But the beds were comfortable, coffee was available in the room, Sara at the front desk was helpful. Not a perfect place, but I’d stay there again if in Holbrook.

Don’t let your first impression skew the review! This is a cute older hotel with rooms that have been updated with different themes. It was clean and comfortable, and for the price a good safe place to lay your head for the night. Yes, the parking lot is a bit beat up, yes there is a train track 100 yards away that runs throughout the night, but welcome to Holbrook. This is a no frills place, you get what you pay for. I would stay here again if I was passing through for the night.

Clean bedding. Hot shower. Room was cool. Enough space in room to spread luggage. Parking right outside hotel door. It is 20 miles away from Painted Desert/ Petrified Forest. Go in one park, come out the other. Brad’s Desert Inn a relic of Route 66 if one wants to do this National Park and this Americana.

There were some problems with the room, but staff was quick to resolve. The coffee had leftover coffee and the bath towels were very old and one had a hole in it. Both were replaced quickly. The bed was not the most comfortable although it was large. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Parking was right in front of room so covenient. Not ideal for large trucks as it is narrow.

Room wasn't bad, and the price was great! Staff was very nice and very helpful. Parking was a bit rough. It is side slotted, and the parking is extremely tight between the 2 buildings. It is one way in, one way out, no backing in. If a lot of large trucks are parked, such as was my experience, the narrow driveway behind them becomes a situation where you have to reverse out into the road where you pulled in from. I have a tiny car. So there's that.

Brad's is a vintage Route 66 type drive in motor hotel. It has been refurbished with some very nice interior work (I had a rustic wood cabin wall as my headboard). Staff and management were extremely personable and I enjoyed interacting with them as much as I did staying in this old school motel.

Motel certainement repris par un jeune couple, il y a du boulot... toilettes qui tiennent avec des planches en bois, loquet de la salle de bain qui ferme à peine, support papier toilette cassé... Mais le summum c'est le passage du train jour et nuit, toutes les heures et qui klaxonne aussi la nuit... il y a beau y avoir une note disant que le train fait cho cho... on a passé une nuit horrible...

Don’t let the shabby exterior fool you - rooms are refurbished with funky designs, clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out, and the mini fridge has a freezer that actually works!
