「Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」

「This is not the Ritz, but I knew that when I booked it. What it is: clean, comfortable and convenient. The shared bathroom wouldn’t be my first choice but again, it’s not the Ritz which is why the price is reasonable.
