The Space:
This Villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Westmoreland Hills. Situated at the top of a hill it boosts the best panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and sensational sunsets. This stunning four-bedroom villa, each with its own en-suite bathroom is furnished with traditional Island decor from the renowned Archers Hall Design Centre, and is fully air-conditioned throughout.
Downstairs you will find the fully equipped open-plan kitchen & cozy seating area, the large floor-to-ceiling glass bi-fold doors open out to an additional covered sitting and alfresco dining area with the large private infinity pool with sun loungers.
Each spacious bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The master and queen bedrooms open onto a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, and relish in the 180-degree views before starting your day. The master bedroom is the most generous-sized bedroom, with a large walk-in shower and walk-through wardrobe area. The top floor would be bedroom 3 with another king-size bed. Bedroom 4 with a queen size bed is situated on the entry level of the villa.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guest’s use and 2 full days of housekeeping during your stay.
Residents also enjoy exclusive access to the Westmoreland Hills Recreational Area, featuring a fully equipped air-conditioned gym. This expansive facility includes a communal pool complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, a designated children’s swimming section, a seasonal café, and separate changing rooms with shower facilities for both men and women.
Convenient access to the prestigious Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, just a short 5-minute drive away, complete with onsite parking and a beachfront restaurant. Members benefit from complimentary use of sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as discounted pricing on food and beverages at the beach club restaurant.
Sundowner Villa is located nearby to world-renowned golf courses such as Sandy Lane Country Club and the golf course at Royal Westmoreland.
The upscale Lime Grove Mall in Holetown, featuring an array of high-end restaurants, designer boutiques, jewelers, and specialty shops. Nearby, Clifton Market offers convenient access to a mini-mart, while the charming Chattel Village of traditional shops adds a local flair. Barbados perfect

Excellent location and amenities. The rear patio, where the pool is, faces the ocean and the row house sits up high on a hill so the view is excellent. Sunsets are wonderful and great outdoor covered eating area. We fit 8 with no problem. Passes to the workout facility and Beach Club. On the last day, we had 3 green monkeys visit us on the back patio!
