The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and is attached to the laundry. The entry foyer leads to the beautiful living room.

Adjacent is an open plan outdoor dining and living space, which leads to the pool deck with gazebo seating and a plunge pool.

There is also a bar for entertaining from inside or by the pool deck.
