Beautiful condo
Great location! The suite had most everything we needed for a family of 6. Kids ages 13,11,10 and 4. Love the coded doors, no keys. Reserved parking spot was a bonus. I would stay here again. My only recommendations are that we needed double the towels. There were a half dozen towels which doesn’t work for 4 girls. I had to constantly wash and dry towels. And the bedding for pull out sofa- sheets were clean but the blankets were funky I had to wash them. And a few throw blankets also need a wash.

Night before wedding
I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and got ready here the next day. The place is so cute and spacious, and having the balcony and porch over 8th street that evening and next morning was so fun. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, well appointed and perfect location
Property is exceptional with great layout, space and location. We enjoyed the living room on both levels and the 2 decks is huge bonus! The variety of amenities, particularly in the kitchen, and the overall newness and modern feel of this condo differentiates it from other rentals. Appreciated the security of building. We had some check in/upfront communication challenges which made this a 4-star overall, but aside from that this would be 5-star. Would highly recommend!

The property is in a perfect location and really had everything we needed. A few things that I wanted to mention….when we arrived there was someone in our spot. They were not there long but did want you to be aware. There were a few stains on the bedding upstairs just didn’t want you to think we did it and the two lights over the kitchen table were out. Just wanted to give you this info before your next guest. Thank you again!

Short Stop Over in Holland
Spent a couple nights here on our first trip to Holland. Terrific location right in heart of things. Brand new modern upstairs rental with great people watching from the patios facing 8th. Short 15 minute drive to Lake Michigan beaches. Check restaurants hours as most close fairly early and almost none are open on Sundays and Mondays. Also, couldn’t find a grocery within walking distance, but all in all a great stay in a very picturesque location.
