This spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house is perfect for you and up to 11 guests. Just steps away from the shores of Lake Michigan and Laketown Beach, you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Being only 10 minutes away from Saugatuck/Douglas and Holland, you can easily explore the charming beach towns while immersing yourself in nature's serenity.

Parking:

Hummingbird offers parking for up to 4 cars. There are two parking spots available in the garage and two in the driveway. Please be mindful to remain parked on concrete.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property. With our keyless entry, you can enjoy a flexible check-in any time after the designated check-in time on your arrival date and guests can conveniently gain access via the smart lock.

The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a private residential neighborhood tucked away at the top of the street. The location is centrally located between Holland and Saugatuck. It is the perfect location to enjoy both Michigan beachtowns of Holland and Saugatuck.



While staying at an Upscale Lakeshore vacation home, you will enjoy nearby access to Lake Michigan and all the unsalted coast has to offer. Whether it’s spring, summer, fall and or winter, there is something for everyone to enjoy! From hiking and mountain biking to kayaking and paddle boarding, there are plenty of outdoor activities to choose from. And if you are visiting during the winter months, be sure to try out a wintery hike at the beach, snowshoeing and or cross-country skiing along the lakeshore.



With streets made for biking, miles of sidewalks and paths this is an ideal spot to explore. Once you’re done exploring the outdoors for the day, experience a plethora of eateries and boutiques in either Downtown Holland or a short drive over to Saugatuck/Douglas. Enjoy being able to disconnect all while still being under a short drive into town and to the beaches of Lake Michigan.

Our rentals are equipped with all the basic cooking essentials you'll need for a seamless cooking experience. Including pots and pans, utensils, a wide array of spices and seasonings and more. Whip up your favorite recipes, experiment with new local flavors, and savor the joy of cooking in the comfort of your home away from home.

Please note: A security deposit of $4,900 is required for all stays of 28 nights or longer. For stays longer than one month, monthly cleaning is required, and the additional cleaning charges will be added at the time of booking. For Winter/Spring 2026 reservations, both the security deposit and any applicable cleaning charges will be added after your reservation is confirmed.



This home is situated on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Please be mindful of children near the edge. Stairs are accessible year-round and but can be weather dependent in the winter.



All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your booking will include applicable taxes, a cleaning fee along with a safety and damage protection policy. We want to ensure the safety and security of our guests and properties. When you book a vacation home with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking along with completing a verification process. To complete the verification, you will be contacted via email and/or text message. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival, so we can confirm your reservation. Prior to booking, please reach out to us directly if you would like to see the rental agreement.



We recommend securing travel insurance to protect your investment should you need to cancel your reservation outside of the allotted window or due to inclement weather or any other factor.
