“The space was perfect for our stay. We needed a space to cook and sleep, but this little apartment would have been great for a longer stay. Very comfortable with a friendly host. Lots of interesting surprises to find throughout the place. ”

All instructions were provided prior to our arrival and easy to understand. The manager was friendly and we loved spending time with the animals. It was a little pricey but I would stay again. “The inside entrance had no light. The bulb was burned out. The house was not clean. When I walked in the entrance there was dirt and debris all over the floor and on the mat in front of the stairs and on the stairs. I went up the enormous amount of very narrow and steep stairs to the apartment. The stairs would be hard for any elder person to climb because they are so steep and narrow width and there are 16 of them. This should have been clearly shown and described in the ad. Very difficult to……

“Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. ”

“We stayed here for UMass Family weekend which is about 40 minutes away. The home is beautifully decorated (many indoor plants), very well-equipped and has wonderful outdoor landscaping. The kitchen has everything we could possibly need. David is excellent for communication and the on-site manager Willy is equally as fantastic. I’d honestly give the experience 10 stars. Everything was so easy, we would definitely stay here again!!”
