Absolutely perfect!
The home was a perfect fit for 11 of us. Plenty of room and we needed nothing. Lots of kitchen supplies, extra pillows, and extra blankets. The beds were very comfortable. The location was just out of the city and quiet. The owners were super nice and easy to communicate with. We will be back.

FANTASTIC CHRISTMAS VACATION WEEK
Our family of 11 all ages ranging from Parents 52, kids 32, 30, 29, 27, 26, 20, grandkids-10, 7 & 3 stayed from Dec 25-31, 2023. This beautiful & very large home was perfect for us with the bonus game room for the older kids who play pool, the grandson who games, & the loft has a playroom perfect for small kids with a tv & every bedroom is roomy with comfy king size beds & TV & nice full size bathrooms. The living room/great room area has its own tv room set up as well & plenty of eating areas for everyone. The home is located just 10-15 min from everything in Branson. We had tickets to shows every single day we were there & never had a single issue driving to & from any area of Branson in a short amount of time at all. We loved the area in which the home is located & will look to book this same house again in the future. Keyless entry was super simple & our family was greeted with wine & a note. How hospitable!! The wine was great BTW! We were greeted with a text & made to feel at home & acknowledged & Janelle explained to let us know if we have any issues she is but a text or call away. Everything about the home was elegant, very clean, well taken care of & the decor was absolutely beautiful for the Christmas season. We felt like we were at our own home. We had the best week of vacation together as a family in this wonderful home & made some great memories that we won’t forget. What a great experience! Annual Family Christmas Trip
This house fit our large family so well. All the seating is well thought out. We greatly appreciated the baby gates for the stairs to keep our littles safe. The kitchen is probably the best stocked we have experienced in our 10 years of renting homes for this annual trip. My only feedback is a 10am checkout time is very difficult with such a large group and littles under 2.
