Wir haben 7 tolle Urlaubstage in einem der schönen und geräumigen Reeddachhäuser verbracht. Haus war in sehr gutem Zustand, mit allem eingerichtet, was wir für uns benötigt haben. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Sitzecke und großem Tisch. Nur wenige Schritte von der wunderschönen Dünenlandschaft entfernt und ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zu verschiedenen Locations am Strand. Diese Erfahrung hat Geschmack auf mehr Ameland gemacht. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Service Team im Roompot.

Am Wochenende von Freitag 20/09 bis einschließlich 23/09 waren wir zu Gast in einer Ihrer Belvillas (Boomhiemke Park, Nr. 44). Bevor wir ankamen, haben wir alle zu bezahlenden Kosten überwiesen. Dies betrifft die Kosten für die Unterbringung (über 500 €) und unter anderem die Kosten für Bettwäsche und Endreinigung (über 250 €). Wir konnten die Unterkunft um 15:00 Uhr betreten. Bei der Ankunft stellten wir sofort fest, dass die Unterkunft nicht sehr sauber war. Die Toilette roch gewaltig, es gab viel Staub und Schmutz unter den Betten und auf den Schränken, der Grill des Grills war sehr schmutzig, der Kaminofen war nicht sauber, es gab Glassplitter auf der Außenterrasse, die Badezimmer hatten Schimmelflecken (innen) die Fugen und auf den Fliesen) und die Bettwäsche war voller Flecken. Außerdem haben wir einfach gemerkt, dass die Unterkunft ein gutes Tuch verwenden könnte, um alles abzuwischen und es zu beflecken. Wir hatten vor, dies an der Rezeption des Parks Boomhiemke mit dem Wunsch nach einer geeigneten Lösung zu melden. Ich denke, wir haben viel dafür bezahlt? Allerdings nicht von einem von uns (den Gästen). Es war das Bett, das Service machte, das hereinkam. Das ist verrückt. Zumal wir schon in der Unterkunft anwesend waren. Darüber hinaus wurden die Betten bereits von uns selbst gemacht, so dass sich der Service umdrehte und verließ. Ich denke, wir haben viel dafür bezahlt? Nach unserer Beschwerde im Park wurde uns eine neue Reinigung angeboten. Sehr schön, zumal wir die Unterkunft verlassen konnten, um einkaufen zu gehen. Die Reinigung würde um 16.00 Uhr ankommen. Um 16:10 Uhr waren wir vom Einkaufen zurück. Zu unserer Überraschung waren die Putzfrauen wie weg ohne geputzt zu haben. Ein Lufterfrischer und ein Mopp durch den Flur sind das Ergebnis der zweiten Runde. Im Falle einer wiederholten Reklamation wurde uns erneut ein Reinigungsservice angeboten. Das haben wir abgelehnt. Wir sind für 2,5 Tage in unserer Unterkunft und gehen nicht
