Easy check-in and check-out process, great spot for couples retreat. Canal dock makes for relaxing spot, easy to launch kayaks, also has boat lift. Screened in porch helps with privacy from neighbors.Inside was clean for a beach property. Most appliances seemed fairly new. Comfortable bed/ couch/ chair.Plenty of parking space for 2-3 cars/trucks. Easy access to beach via 3-5min walk, was also always parking available near beach public access #3 on 5th St (3/hr).
