This place is perfect for all ages. Great layout, great location. Beautiful home.The dock and little beach at low tide is really nice. This place has everything! Already booked it for next year!

Fun time fishing with great sound views.

I stayed with my son and 11 year old grandson, who was on Fall break. He loved fishing on the floating dock. Views from the many decks were fabulous.

Topsail Beach Getaway

Property was just as advertised. Very nicely equipped, well maintained, and beautiful. Host was very responsive and helpful. Location is great. Public beach access is just across the street and the kids loved swimming from the dock in the inner coastal waterway.

Great long weekend!

We stayed for a long weekend for a fishing/golf trip. The house was very clean when we arrived and the check in instructions were clear. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We brought our boat and we were able to keep it tied to the floating dock all weekend. We had a great time and would happily rebook in the future!
