Great first time in Topsail!

We usually go to Atlantic Beach but decided to try Tipsail for the week of July 4th. Had our family of 4 (8 and 5 year old) and had a nice time. Communication with the property owner was excellent and provided us all the details ahead of time. Place was clean, spacious and had a great oceanfront view. We had everything we needed and brought the essentials the place said they don’t supply. Location was great to access except when we left. There’s a market about 1.5 miles away which was convenient for supplies we needed to get. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get to Topsail again!

Beautiful Oceanfront Views!

Very accurate listing with exceptional views, watching dolphins play from our balcony. Great to see them up close through our binoculars. Very clean with all the comforts from home. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Ocean Potion Topsail

Everything was satisfactory. I would return but request the lower floor only because it was difficult carrying all our belongings up and down the additional stairs to the unit. Unit was very nice and comfortable. Kitchen space was ok for two people but would have been a little difficult with others. Views from balconies were great. Very quiet area. Hated to leave but we had a wonderful stay!!

This condo was decorated amazingly. Beachy but not over done. Had a great recliner in the living room. The king bed was super comfortable ! Absolutely loved the beach front location and view from the living space as well as the King bedroom We had some technical issues with the TV remote but Ward Realty the renting company was quick to respond and come fix the problem Would rent there again in a heart beat

cute condo on the beach

This is an adorable condo on the beach. It's in, in my opinion, the best spot on the island. Has the best of both worlds, beach front and sound views from the condo. The condo was fairly clean upon arrival. I'm pretty sure this condo is the cutest decorated one in the complex. The decor is adorable! There is plenty of places to relax inside the condo and the beds are comfortable. There is also plenty of porch furniture to enjoy both views. The owners also left a porch umbrella which we enjoyed watching the dolphins under. We've stayed at this complex lots of times and enjoy the family atmosphere. Overall, it's a great condo!

Late Spring Beach Getaway

We greatly enjoyed this beautiful and uncrowded beach location and the privacy of the deck overlooking the beach. The unit was well-equipped and overall much nicer than we anticipated. There are lots of steps here, as others have said. Just something to be aware if guests have physical limitations. Also, we needed to bring our own bath/kitchen towels and bed linens… this was no problem for us as we were traveling by car, but had we flown or had I not read that detail in the emails sent to us after booking, it would have been an inconvenience. I believe these items may be rented at an additional cost; just something else to be aware of.

Fantastic get-away!!!!!

This was a perfect rental for us. We did have to navigate the three flights of steps but it was very well work the effort. Very quiet neighborhood and the frontal view of the beach from the porch of the unit is perfect. The deck furniture is very accommodating for just lounging and letting the ocean view soothe away troubles and stress. This place is a stress buster!!!

A great get away!

The place was beautiful with incredible views of the ocean and bay. There was was plenty of room to enjoy the stay and enough cooking materials to make delicious meals. Would definitely like to come back!

Great stay over Easter weekend

Lovely property, right on the beach. So nice to see and hear the sound of the ocean all day long! Kitchen had everything we needed, even for our Easter dinner! Very clean space, communication with the rental company was super easy - would definitely stay again!

Honeymoon

We chose this property for our honeymoon location because it was located on the beach, but it also had a deck that allowed us to view the sound and sunsets. We were not disappointed. We loved every moment of our stay and have reserved the same unit for our one year anniversary.

This was a lovely two bedroom two bath property. It appeared to be recently upgraded and furnished by a professional interior designer or an owner with very good taste. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
