Awesome spot!

We absolutely loved this house. Perfect spot, right across the street from beach access, and all the deck/porch spaces were amazing. It was comfortable and clean, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Location

Other than some initial cleanliness issues, the house is very comfortable and a great location right across the street from beach access. The beds are quite comfortable and the house is very nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. A great beach house overall!

Great Weeks Stay

Very nice house, very nicely decorated! If you like a neighborhood feel and the quaintness of a quiet little village at the end of South Topsail, this is your destination. Such a nice little area with huge beaches and no big condos or hotels. Easy beach access. By the water tower...restaurants, ice cream, fresh seafood, a convenient store. About 6 miles from the new bridge. We had an awesome time!

Perfect family house, great location!

My family stayed here for a week and loved the house. Everything was clean and just like the photos. We loved the screened in porch and the beach access right across the street. The kitchen was perfect for cooking - had everything you could think of! This was our first time in Topsail Beach and will not be our last. The only complaint we had was the wifi was very slow and often would quit working while we were watching movies. Other than that, everything was great!

Nice house, well furnished and plenty of space. Loved all the decks.

Only suggestions to renters: outside outlets do not work so bring extension cords and cable/tv package extremely limited so bring streaming devices.

Loved this property! Clean , wonderful decor and perfect for our fur babies!! Plenty of room and kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable and A/C was on point!

Excellent value in excellent location

We really loved our family stay! The house was very clean and well stocked, much better stocked kitchen than most rentals. The beach access is directly across street, couldn’t be any more convienant! Open floor plan of the main living area was perfect for our family. The sunset off back deck was amazing as well. Slight actual ocean view from front decks also. Overall very, very pleased with this rental. Great house, great location, and great value for the price compared to other listings. The fact it was pet friendly (with a fee) was perfect for us, nice sized backyard to walk pups in, only way it could have been better was if there was a fence, but all in all just really wonderful house. We would love to come back!

House Review

Overall very pleased with this rental. The master bedroom is advertised as a queen bed however, we realized upon arrival it was king size and had to buy sheets. One of the sliding glass doors was broken upon arrival as well as a glass cylinder in the living room. Kitchen was equipped for all of our cooking needs.
