Roaches and bugs in every room. A failing refrigerator that ruined our groceries. The house was clearly dirty and poorly maintained.While Kolk Realty refunded the cleaning fee and grocery bill, the infestation requires far more than a simple spray; we had to use our own Raid just to cope. Communication with management was dismissive and condescending.This trip was a complete disaster. We will never stay at a Kolk Realty property again.
