With ocean views and just steps to the beach access, this home is located on Topsail Island in Surf City, NC. Whether you are looking for the true beach vacation experience, or simply a retreat for the soul, you will find everything needed at your fingertips here at this home and at Topsail Island. This location cannot be beat right in the heart of the Surf City Pier Business District where the majority of restaurants and shopping are located on the island! Off the busy main road and walking/biking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, sweet treats and clothing stores. You can literally reach the beach within one minute of walking out the front door via sidewalk to the beach access at the end of Dolphin St. The coastal boho style and decor has a peaceful and relaxing vibe as soon as you walk through the door. Recently updated from head to toe with a modern farmhouse design that is both warm and cozy with shiplap accents and comfy pillows, blankets and accessories throughout. You will love all of the spaces for everyone to spread out in and enjoy. In the modern kitchen is a large island with seating and a cozy banquet equipped with a high chair if needed. If you decide to cook you will find all of the essential cooking items at your fingertips, as well as sleek modern GE Cafe appliances to get the job done with ease. Off the kitchen is a living room with 55" Smart Roku TV, comfortable furniture, and views overlooking the deck and pool. The TV has a video game card and wireless game controllers and plays over 10,000 games from 9 retro systems such as Nintendo, Playstation and Sega Genesis. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with one bedroom having a queen bed and one having a full bed with soft, comfortable sheets and linens provided for all beds. The downstairs bedrooms are separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom. This bathroom has a tile shower and bathtub. Upstairs through the spiral staircase is a luxurious and spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom features a king size bed with views of the ocean from bed as the entire bedroom area. You'll also find a high vaulted ceiling and inviting loft area above perfect for lounging and gazing at the ocean or sleeping on the twin futon bed found there. To top it off there is a spacious sitting area in the master overlooking the ocean with a full size couch and chair and a 55" smart Roku TV. The master bath is elegant and modern with all of the amenities you will need provided a beautiful tile shower. There are 2 glass sliding doors off the master bedroom which have incredible views of the ocean and peaks of the beach that lead you to the 2nd level deck. This deck is where you will likely want to spend your mornings having coffee or tea and evenings watching the waves roll in while having a cold cocktail. Upstairs off the master is a bedroom with a crib bed for infants, play tent for kids, a full bed on a frame and an additional alcove bed with full mattress. In total there are 4 bedrooms and a loft above the master bedroom, for a total of 5 mattresses, 1 futon bed in the loft, and a crib. Outside there are so many fun spaces to spread out and enjoy on the various decks and in the yard. Enjoy meals under the bamboo canopy cover outside, play in the saltwater pool big enough for the whole gang, relax your muscles in the hot tub, swing in one of the hanging chairs, sunbathe on the deck by the pool in the lounge chairs, or nap in the cozy hammock. A pool heater has just been added to the pool to extend the pool season to virtually 12 months. The nights are fun and magical by the pool which is lit up by festive Edison string lights and fire pit table. There are so many little surprises, toys and activities to keep everyone having a good time no matter what the weather. Some of the amenities included are rafts, floats, surf board, boogie boards, skim board, umbrella, chairs, Neso beach tent, paddle boards, frisbee, lawn darts, cornhole boards, foosball table, play tent for kids, children's toys, board games, card games, books, and more! All bed linens, bath towels and a few beach towels are included. Washer and dryer is included and can be used by guests. There is also a clothes line for towels. This cottage has an air ionizer and UV light air purification system built into the heat and air system that keeps the air fresh and clean for our guest, as well as an air filter with Hepa and carbon filtration. Four beach cruiser bicycles are provided at no charge for guests to cruise to the local hotspots. Plenty of parking available for 4 cars in the driveway, with pay to park spaces located nearby if additional parking is needed for guests.
