The Channel Marker | Ocean to Sound Views!
Welcome to The Channel Marker! This inviting home just across the street from the beach with surrounding views has much to offer in a fantastic location just north of downtown Topsail Beach on the south end of Topsail Island! With a top level great room providing plenty of seating and views inside and out on the multiple decks and a lower level with 4 relaxing bedrooms and additional deck spaces, you will be marking your stay on Topsail time! Located in the small community of Banks Channel on a brief cul-de-sac street, this home additionally affords close beach access via the Banks Channel community walkover just across and down the street!

Great House
We enjoyed our stay at the Channel Marker. Beautiful views of the sound and the ocean. Beach access was a bit of a hike through the dunes but it’s worth it. The beach is wide and the ocean has shallow waters for kids to play. House had all the amenities we needed. However, we didn’t have kitchen towels, so may want to bring your own. Overall, great house.

October stay
Our stay was very nice. The house was clean and comfortable although we did see a few roaches. I know they are hard to control in NC since I live here but some of my family from the north were a bit freaked out.

Wonderful week!
Enjoyed our stay at this house! It was the perfect week to enjoy our children and their spouses. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. Really enjoyed the huge dining room table that fit us for eating and game nights. Only drawback I could think of was that it was an effort to get to the beach. Beautiful views, but a trek up and down the dunes, and difficult to carry everything. Overall our stay was great and we would like to come back to this house again!

Beach vacation
We enjoyed our stay. Very easy to check in. Close enough walk across the road to the beach. The beach was awesome, very deep and not at all crowded. We did have an issue with the dishwasher upon check in, it didn’t appear to be working at all and dishes were dirty and had to hand wash. Also, could use more pits and skillets for cooking in. Definitely would have brought dish towels, hand towels etc. One was not enough. Finally charcoal grill was fine, but would have used a gas grill more often if it was available.
