Great!Apartment close to perfect.Sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace everything working pretty well and even if you are on the same ground as the owner family, you feel „alone“.Sarah is a nice host. 櫃檯人員有待加強服務態度
整體來說還不錯，但是飯店人員不是很積極，我在15:00 check-in，可能太準時了，櫃檯人員打電話上去詢問房間好了嗎，然後說再請我們稍等五分鐘，我們到旁邊等待，中間一直有其他的旅客進來check-in，而他們都可以直接馬上入住，我們就這樣等等等，等了20分鐘，中間一直也有跟櫃檯人員對上眼，但她並沒有做任何表示，或是幫我們詢問房間，最後是我們等不下去才再次上前問房間好了嗎？櫃檯人員才打電話，然後告訴我們「好了」...那請問我們前面是在等心酸的嗎？這樣的態度實在令人失望！幸好後面的飯店整理、客服服務，還算是拉回了一點分數。
