"Host was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and provided lots of useful information. It was next to another shepheard’s but you still had plenty of privacy. The garden area was spacious and the hot tub was amazing! The hut itself was very cosy and toasty when the log burner was on. The bed was comfortable. The shower was warm and powerful. "We stayed here for a short break with the family. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack from the owners and was really impressed with the lodge. Its location was perfect for places to visit, we went to Bamburgh castle, Berwick, Alnwick gardens and Holy Island in the time we stayed. The accommodation was spacious, clean and warm on arrival, with the log burner as a welcome extra. We would definitely recommend for a family getaway and would stay again in the future."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was perfect. The viwes are unbelievable. I Would highly recommend, we done the full journey by public transport ane it was so easy to get around without a car. We slept in and had to leave in a hurry at checkout and feel really bad about not having time to give the accommodation a proper clean before we left. "

We opted for breakfast delivered to our room and there was such a lot, bacon sandwiches, fruit, yoghurt, pastries etc. The cabins are laid out in such a way that you forget you have neighbours, so quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing night away.
