「This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

「Definitely recommend staying in this cozy basement apartment. Viktoria was super thoughtful with all the details, made sure I had everything I could need. Even left some snacks for me. So nice to be able to do laundry after I had already been traveling for a week prior. Thank you for everything!」

「Wonderful neighborhood. About a 40 minute walk to downtown St. John’s which we loved. Spacious rental. While I had difficulty setting up a VRBO account to communicate with the property manager, I was able to communicate with people places and things through my email. The host was so kind and gracious and wanting to make sure that all our needs were met. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Beautiful property and the host was excellent to deal with.」

「Love the place, clean, beds are comfy, and the view can not be beat! Upstairs is WARM, bring fans as the AC does not cool off upstairs. The ice maker did not work nor did the fan in the upstairs bathroom. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, we did get blocked in a few times or had to wait for someone to move in order to park in front of the house, but did not take long. The biggest issue was when the neighbours had a party and at 2am two nights the music very loud. However hands down I would...

"一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望."
