「Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分」

「Phenomenal historic architecture! A service and welcome. Amazing location. Number one place we stayed during our trip to the Maritimes. Very private and cosy beyond expectation. 」

「I didn’t appreciate that when asked by the cleaning staff when I would be checking out, they were informed it would be at 12. I placed the metal latch across the door and began to pack and get ready to leave. I then proceeded to shower only for the cleaning staff again to attempt to enter the room. If the metal latch was not across the door they would have entered while I was in shower. I did not appreciate this as a grown man would have entered a room of a woman who was naked in the shower. 」
