Great Property! Easy jump to town and great views. We watched moose in the yard and next to the house all evening and into the night. Will definitely be starying again!

AMAZING RENTAL!!

We rent frequently on Vrbo so are well versed in dealing with property owners, how true to life the pictures are, etc... It all adds up in quality of life, especially when you rent frequently and for months at a time. Jen was absolutely great to deal with, communicated honestly, quickly and efficiently! She was able to work out any kinks in our quickly changing work situation, the property has an amazing view and beautiful grounds, all details were attended to ~ truly stress free! We're going to be booking them for fishing charters next year when we get some time off! Thanks Jen for making our lives easier and being authentic in your advertising!!

Great Location and Property

I took my parents to Homer and it was nice for them to have some space and their own bedroom for our two nights.Received check-in instructions in a timely manner and was easy to access the cabin. Very nice accommodations. Everything we needed was supplied.Easy access to Homer and the Homer Spit.

Very nice cabin

A friend and I stayed for 2 nights. The cabin is very well appointed, very clean, and the beds are so comfortable. I would recommend this for a trip to Homer, as long as you have a car. It is about 5 minutes outside Homer.

Perfect place to stay in Homer!

My husband and I have stayed in many places in Homer over the years, and this one was the best ever! We appreciate it the great communication from the host and horses, the very comfortable beds, the cleanliness of the cabin, the very well-supplied kitchen, the bathroom sink being separated from the shower and toilet room, the washer and dryer, and list goes on. We used both beds as well as the pullout sofa bed and all were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here when in Homer again. Perfect in every way.! Thank you, Jennifer and hubby!

Excellent place to stay in Homer area

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights in the Bird house. The location is close to Homer, although not secluded. The cabin has everything you need. The entire cabin is very clean

What a GREAT Place to Stay!

Super clean, really well laid out and perfect situated to enjoy Homer by day and chill out in the quiet at night. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Homer! Probably the best VRBO I have stayed in yet, and I use VRBO a lot!
