Staff was great!! Love what they did with the towels. To me it's historical and in a great location to get to the spit. Pet friendly. The room could use a little renovation. But for the location and price, it was okay. What could help improve the place is to have a Continental breakfast for the guests since only one place delivers that have incredible high prices. Overall our stay was okay. Thank you Beluga and thank you to our five star housekeeper.

We thought there was a restaurant on site when we booked. Nope. The staff were accommodating when we asked for a heater since pur heater in the room did not work.

The hotel is in a good location. It is clean and a comfortable bed but our shower was old and needs to be replaced.

Had to wait to check in for 30 minutes. Staff friendly. Rooms are small. Our rooms were underground-window right at ground level. Hallway smelled. Room was better. Shoddy maintenance done on room. No frills stay at a good price

Good location

Minutes from the Spit, the room was clean but a bit small and stuffy from the evening sun. A small fan was provided. Friendly service and super comfortable bed.

The hotel was quiet since the season had not started but we were pleased with the location and the room standards. I had not really expected much from the hotel room except clean and a hot shower. It delivered much more. Free coffee in the lobby. Lots of travel brochures for the trip. Easy to find. Lovely location. The room had fridge and microwave and satellite TV. We were able to get a good nights sleep and on the way the next morning.

They advertised a restaurant and they permanently closed it over a year ago. That was one of the reasons we booked it. They put us in a room where the view was of a dirt pile. They said it was because the other end of the hotel was noisy from semi trucks going by. We do not recommend this property.

Apparently ppl live at the hotel, so when i come, they treat me like a libe there. I only go because its the cheapest, before they rip u off in summer, when the visitors come from out of state.
