不满意：入住、沟通体验、展示内容准确性
Front door lock extremely difficult, code provided did eventually work, had to enter multiple times to get it to work.
Laundry was running when entered, did not check to see what it was. Water filter system leaking into a tub that did not appear to have capacity to capture leakage for duration of stay.
Check-in instructions said WiFi instructions inside; no such instructions found. Host contact information was for Cleaner, not host. Second check-in sent from Evolve gave different contact, no answer, texted, emailed, called again, waited and finally got a call back. Response was “I don’t know why they keep putting that in there, this is Alaska, there’s no WiFi.” Obviously not true.
By the way, he was in Utah and was at a noisy birthday party and obviously had no interest in me.
I left and immediately filed for a refund, as yet that has not happened, not yet.
Location was difficult, trashed out neighborhood did not make us feel safe; no markings at road, down narrow unmarked lane. No view of anything in quite a beautiful area of Alaska.
Did not stay so can’t comment on beds or other facilities, did look at least surface clean. Lofts on either end had 2x4 ladders for access, we would not have needed the beds or access but we would not have been able to if we had needed them, certainly not acceptable and likely would not meet code requirements.
I’m sure there is more to say but I will leave it here and just recommend not booking this facility.
