“We loved our stay in Apple Valley! This was our first time using VRBO. The host was very responsive and kind. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The updated interior was both beautiful and comfortable. I enjoyed the local artists work displayed throughout the home-such a nice touch! Plenty of extra blankets including throw blankets in the living room. Although we only stayed a weekend I miss drinking my coffee with a view of the lake. Highly recommend!”

But it was worth it because of how comfortable it was in the country. Thank you for sharing your property with us for a weekend. My only regret was I didn’t get to sign the guest book.”

“We were really impressed by the space and the setting of this home on the hill. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We played pool, walked the dirt country road, and our dog loved the fenced in yard. It's close to Mount Vernon, Kenyon College, Mohican Park, Kokosing Gap Trail, and several golf courses.”

“Great stay. Was cold outside so did not utilize the hottub be inside was great. Had all the items needed to cook indoors. Close to Amish Country.”

“We stayed here with my family and my sister’s family to watch the eclipse and had a wonderful time! The home was beautiful and the owner was kind and responsive. We all enjoyed riding in the kayaks and roasting marshmallows in the large fire pit right by the dock. We loved that this home felt like it was a rural retreat, but yet it was not too far removed from civilization. Super Walmart was only 15 minutes away and neighbors were close enough but not too close. We would definitely recommend……

“BEAUTIFUL HOME IN LOVELY RURAL SETTING. We had problem checking in as the wrong code had been sent. It took about hakf an hour for my call to be returned and a new code given. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay with comfortable furnisings and nice amenities. We would love to stay here again when we visit Ohio.”
