Warm, bright, and beautiful, Lakeside Villa is designed to inspire. This classically designed villa is a wonderful location with great proximity to all outdoor activities Lake Tahoe has to offer and it is right on the lake! Across the street is Homewood Ski Resort, and it is 21 minutes away from Palisades. You can walk from the home to numerous restaurants, the Tahoe Marina, and the Homewood lifts. We provide you with a buoy during your stay at the Homewood Marina for boats not longer than 24 feet.

Amazing Stay
The property is beautifully maintained, in a gorgeous location and the host, Camila, is truly exceptional. Any issue or question, Camila was on top of it immediately. We even had an issue with another property we had rented very nearby and were not sure the unit would be safe for us to stay in due to a gas leak. Camila responded to my request for help if the safety issue wasn't resolved and made this unit available to us on short notice and I'm incredibly grateful for the piece of mind she gave me and my family so late at night if we had to move properties. I will rent from her and any property she represents in the future.

Comfortable and well located mountain home
Wonderful home with easy access to Tahoe City, Lake Tahoe and in winter Homewood sku run. Convenient with almost everything you might need for a get away. Walk to the lake. Enjoy a full kitchen and dining table to celebrate your special occasion. Easy drive from Bay Area or flights from Reno or SMF.

Beautiful villa!
Beautiful accommodations. Very nice area and well stocked home. Pictures are accurate. Keep in mind that although it is beachfront/lakefront you are not on the beach but have a short walk through other villas to get there. We didn’t realize until leaving that there is an ant issue inside the entryway. My bag was left on the floor overnight and was full of ants upon leaving.

Great stay
Close to a cafe/dining and mountain resort. Beautifully decorated and plenty of amenities. My family & I spent Christmas here and it was worthwhile the location is charming with a walkway out to the lake close by. Overall made our stay in Lake Tahoe memorable!
