"When you walk in the door you can tell the owners love this property. From the decor to the furnishings to the little extras like coffee, creamer etc. We stay in a lot of VRBO properties and you can tell the difference between owner managed and a property management property. Dennis and Debra's darling cottage is almost magical. The location is perfect for being a tourist or doing absolutely nothing. The owners give great driving instructions. Our dog loved it!"

"This property was light the three bears- everything was “just right”. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was memory foam and lovely. I unfortunately had to be hospitalized during our stay and the missed gifted my husband with a large bowl of spaghetti and meat sauce. We extended out stay and will return soon! Thank you Gary and Suzanne and labradoodle Charlotte. Oh, and the muffins were a real treat!"

"Small but layout was great. Quiet and the sky is pitch black at night. Small patio in the back is screened in. Bed was so wonderful it was hard for us to get out of it. Kitchen has everything you need even Keurig so make sure to bring coffee. Owner was great and so was communication. For us the location was wonderful. We will be staying there from now till my Mom passes."

"If you love water, there is no better location than this one. I grew up on a houseboat and this is like that but without the gentle rocking. Kayaks were available so I could launch right off the porch. It’s only a 30 minute paddle to Homosassa Springs. The wildlife that visits is great to watch. The cabin is very sweet.
