「Wonderful ocean front location. Gated security. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the day’s adventures. Just note the fees stated that will be paid onsite. Grateful I noticed other reviews stated air conditioning has a separate fee. That wasn’t easily clear in the listing. We went early June and didn’t need A/C for our visit. 」

「Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. We stopped at Costco and cooked in most nights. KTA is right up the street for other groceries. We walked to the Outrigger right next door to see the manta rays at night. Great location and great condo. Ashok was good about communication with us. Would definitely recommend.」

「Excellent property. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Condo comes with many amenities, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, washer/ dryer. Very close to shopping. Go a little further and there is a walmart,Safeway and Costco. Definitely need a car to get around. Our first visit to Kona. Will definitely recommend. 」

「Ideal spot overlooking a small beach park. Property was exactly as photos advertised. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, easy underground parking. 「The property location is amazing, just a short 5-10 min walk to Magic Sands Beach. The pool was amazing and my 3 boys (ages 8,5,2) loved it! There were beach towels and toys at the house. The cooler was great to have on our trips to the Hilo side. Communication with the owner was great and they were super helpful. 」

「This condo was nicely appointed, and included CD mix’s that you could play on the stereo! The location was great, and you could walk to restaurants. We loved having the kitchen, and was able to cook multiple dinners, with the well supplied kitchen. The view was beautiful, with the sound of soothing ocean while we sat in the living room, or outside on the porch. The host Kenneth, was super responsive to any questions we had. My husband and I highly recommend this rental, and will be back...

「My family and I were very pleased with our choice of where to stay during our vacation to the Big Island of Hawaii!
