「This is a great property for families in a fun and unique part of Tokyo conveniently close to the centre of Shinjuku and with excellent transport access. The cooking facilities are pretty limited, completely adequate to reheat prepared meals, but tricky to cook from scratch. The bedding is great - access to a washing machine and drying facilities are super handy for longer stays, or catching up on laundry. There was some minor construction noise throughout our stay, but otherwise a fun but...

「It was very close to Nakano station so when returning from a walking trip It was a bless. A lot of MiniMarkets and a coin laundry nearby」

「Great location, near restaurants, shops, grocery and of course the station. Kitchenette just big enough for meal prep. Nice bath/tub and clothes washer. Extremely tight for 3 persons, tolerable for 2.」
