「Parking was secure,clean room if a little small. No kettle and tea making facilities In room . Bed clean and comfortable. 」

「Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was goed. Badkamer goed, maar mocht wat groter zijn. Ontbijt goed. Algemene indruk, een aanrader.👍」

「We waren onder de indruk van de gastvrijheid van het personeel, de prachtige, stijlvolle junior suite (bedankt voor de upgrade) en het lekkere ontbijt. We hebben een adres in Oostende!」

「De prijs van het ontbijt is veel te hoog en daarom niet ontbeten in het hotel. De geluiden uit de gang komen nogal goed de kamer binnen, spijtig dat de deuren niet beter isoleren zijn. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. 」

「I stayed at Hotel Cocoon in Ostend for one night. The room itself was nice and a good size, and the location is definitely a strong point—right on the beach and very close to plenty of restaurants and bars. However, there were a few issues that affected the stay. The room was quite cold and the thermostat didn’t seem to be working, which made it uncomfortable overnight. The shower gel bottle was also empty and hadn’t been refilled, which was a bit disappointing. Parking is available, but at €30...

「This was our second time to stay this hotel, we enjoyed to stay this hotel when we visit Ostend. Staff are friendly, very good breakfast, a lot of restaurants, cafe and shops around here. We will come back in July.」
