“The breakfast was average. There was only sausage links no bacon. Sausage and gravy was kinda disappointing. The hash browns looked and tasted like something out out of a bag with no seasoning but it was all eatable. The lady that was there took good care of everything there and was very nice. It would be great if they had melted butter and syrup in a squeeze bottle for the waffles like some other hotels have. Also, My wife went to the bathroom and did have to kill 4 roaches dury the night so……

“The room was clean and comfortable however no blanket in the room on first night. Staff did provide when requested the next morning. We had no hot water-staff was very prompt in addressing and moved us to a new room which was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely courteous and responsive ”

“One of the best inexpensive hotels I have stayed. Very clean and smells good, with a refrigerator and microwave. It is about 40 minutes to Garner state park and Lost Maple park. Next time I will definitely stay here again. ”

“Great place to stay, everyone was very friendly. Parking was easy as everyone gets a parking permit. The room was very clean and cleaning was done each day we stayed (5 nights). Only thing that could be better is the pool could be a little cleaner. But also understanding as it was just coming out of Texas winter so the pool probably wasn't used as much consideringit'soutside. There was lots of wasp floating around, leaves, and the bottom looked a little dirty from stuff sinking to the bottom. It……

“This facility is so much bigger than I expected. The cabin we stayed in is not new by any means and they have newer and bigger ones but for what we paid it was an exceptional deal. If you have an RV or motor home I think it would be great for a weeks stay or longer. It was cool watching the deer at sunrise and sunset. Beautiful country for motorcycle riding.”

“The service is not in place and it took a long time to find it”

“Had to switch rooms because our first one had dirty towels and smelled of smoke. Staff was courteous in making the change. Wifi was in and out the whole time. The wind caused roof damage on our 2nd night, so there was debris in the parking lot. Location wasn't bad but could have been cleaner and better cared for.”

“The waitstaff and service was excellent. The breakfast was a typical hot breakfast, and the rooms were great. The only complaint we had about the hotel is: The walls/ceilings/floors are rather thin, so unfortunately you can hear a lot from your surroundings. Note: This was not a deal breaker for us, so I still give the hotel an overall 5 star rating for price, location, amenities, service, etc…”
