"I have been repeatedly visiting this hotel every time I am in Hong Kong. Having the hotel remember and recognize my loyalty is extremely commendable. I was so so so grateful for the welcome gifts and the additional room upgrade. I really appreciated that the staff paid a lot of attention to the requests and details with immense efficiency. We had some issues with telephone such that we were not even able to inform the staff about the problem; however, they recognized the issue and immediately sent someone to our room to check. Also, I really value the bath salt and bath scrub that is available in the room and appreciate that the housekeeping staff always checking on my room to refill whenever I need some extra ones. Will definitely be back the next time I am in town!"
