The staff are awesome, nice, kind, always very responsive, helpful and active quickly to our request. They treat our kids very nicely. Breakfast is great with 4 different style of nutritious meals

Staff at reception counter and at breakfast were friendly and warm. Rather old and dated facility, e.g. leaky pipe and moldy grout in bathroom, battered and worn looking furniture. However the convenience of this location is fantastic.

We stayed just one night before sailing out of Hong Kong on a cruise. It wasn’t glamorous in any way but it fit the bill perfectly after an overnight flight from Toronto, the day before sailing. Room was small but comfortable. Bed was cozy. Washroom had all of the amenities needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel rooms need to be updated and due for renovation. The furnitures and the beds need to be replaced. The sofa beds are so old , dirty and ugly should be replaced. Should also change breakfast to buffet.
