It was my second time at Madera Hollywood and had an even better experience. Service was very efficient and friendly. The suites were very spacious, well maintained and kept clean. My friends who also stayed here on my recommendation were equally happy with their experience.

The hotel has the most wonderful suites that are well-appointed and hugely spacious, especially considering how space is at such a premium in Hong Kong. The location couldn't be better: within walking distance of great bars and restaurants, shopping and wonderful fresh food markets. The staff are so friendly and helpful and dealt with any concerns quickly and charmingly.

The room is spacious and the shower water pressure is very comfortable. The staff are courteous and considerate. It is very effective to communicate with the front desk through WhatsApp / WeChat. The location is convenient for dining and shopping.

Amazing

I absolutely love this hotel! I stayed for the first time in 2023 and it has become my go to for every trip to Hong Kong. The kitchen is such a rare find. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. I have stayed twice in 2024 and will stay again in the next week!

The place doesn´t look very special from the outside, but the rooms are very speaceous and comfortable. It is very clean and cosy. Hard to find in Hong Kong. The price is very reasonable. very good experience.

Location - excellent, easy to access any place in central. Room - a bit cold in December. No heating service. Service - See the photo of towels replaced.
Towels replaced. They are very old, have many bleached marks. Just look like a rag.

Love it

I stay here every time I come to HK for work, which is a few times per year. The staff go above and beyond to be helpful. Having an apartment in the city means a break away from the craziness when you need it and facilities that mean you don’t need to eat out for every meal. The gym is sufficient for when you’re away from home, lounge is great and I will continue to stay here. My only constructive request would be to upsize to king size beds when they need to replace them and perhaps a topper upon request but otherwise it is pretty much perfect!

This is a great boutique hotel - spacious and very clean, really well situated in the middle of everything and close to the transport hubs. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here Only downside would be please give me 2 teabags of each tea type as there are 2 guests.
