The service is excellent, all of the staffs are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it is not very clean, there are rusty marks everywhere and I have seen cockroach in the room at night.

Lazy reception, dirty smoky rooms During checkin reception staff said hotel has a no smoking policy, but the first room I got was filled with pungent smoke which the hotel tried to cover with fragrance. When asked to change rooms, the staff just merely handed me the key of a guest who just asked to change his room before me and the room was just one floor below my smoky room. I asked for a diff room but the staff only said hotel was really full, tho that was a Friday. Second room smelled like fried noodles. There was a strange bottle of non-hotel shampoo in the shower. Toilet had a horrible smell at certain times, due to poor plumbing. Room was very dusty and dirty, wooden furnishings in room are old and worn. Stayed for two nights and found out No one picks up the guest services phone most of the time; so you need to just keep calling them over and over again. House keeping apparently realised room was dirty and cleaned the dusty shelves after the first day, but bathroom amenities were forgotten and not changed. Though they took away the shampoo cap but not bottle which was weird. Location is convenient and that is all.
