"The bakery in the grand is actually really good, instead of using the laundry services on site. There’s a laundry place nearby that delivers to the hotel that is cheap. The room was a good size for me and my husband, the view was excellent, the shower was fantastic. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity to return to Hong Kong. I will say one thing that I didn’t like was that we stayed on the 53rd floor, every time you take the elevator just to go down to the street. We had to wait quite some time, and on top of that my ears would pop every single time without fail. And sometimes during peak hours, you have to wait in line for the elevators. Oh, and if you have a box that you want to get rid of such as a cardboard box or a bakery box, it might take several days for them to throw it out or realize that it’s trash. The trashcan they emptied out daily, but it was very small."
