When we got to our room, our luggages were already in the room. Every staff member greeted us warmly each time they saw us, and we consistently felt respected, valued, and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism made a lasting impression. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a fairly roomy layout that allowed us to relax without feeling cramped.
